By accessing and using Gettoken, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

GetToken provides Codex balance plans, subscriptions, API endpoint information, order records, and support channels. After purchase, users can review delivered API keys, account balance, subscription status, and order progress in the console. Model and endpoint availability may depend on upstream service status.

You are responsible for: - Keeping your account credentials and API keys secure; - Not reselling, sharing, abusing, or misusing delivered API access unless explicitly permitted; - Not using this service for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; - Not attempting to reverse engineer, attack, overload, or interfere with the service operation; - Complying with all applicable laws, platform rules, and API usage policies.

The GetToken platform's own interface, design, documentation, and configuration are protected by the relevant rights. Third-party services, trademarks, models, and API platforms remain owned by their respective rights holders; mentioning them does not imply endorsement of GetToken. Information you submit remains subject to these terms and applicable provider rules.

Gettoken is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will fully meet your expectations or be continuously available. gettoken.dev is not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of the service.

Under no circumstances shall gettoken.dev, its developers, partners, or service providers be liable for any loss of profits, data loss, or other indirect damages resulting from your use of Gettoken.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend access to the service when necessary, such as for violations, abuse, or system maintenance.

Raise disputes first through support@gettoken.dev. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights under applicable law. The verified contracting entity and governing jurisdiction will be added when available.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect upon publication.
